Who are we looking for at NexaRob?

At NexaRob, we carry out automation and robotics projects across many industries, including automotive, food, chemical and electronics. To support such a broad range of activities, we need specialists with diverse competencies, from industrial robot programming and PLC integration through vision-system and AI implementations to service and modernization of production lines. Industrial Robot Programmers and Integrators

Six-Axis, SCARA, and Delta Robots

Role Description: Specialists who can configure, calibrate, and program robots from multiple manufacturers, such as ABB, FANUC, KUKA, Kawasaki, Yaskawa, Mitsubishi, and DENSO. This typically includes knowledge of languages such as ABB RAPID, FANUC Karel, KUKA KRL, Kawasaki AS, and Yaskawa INFORM.

Tasks:
Writing code that controls robot movement,
Optimization of trajectories and production cycles,
Testing and commissioning on the production floor,
Fault diagnostics and integration with PLC systems.

Collaborative Robots (Cobots)

Role Description: Programmers and implementation specialists who understand the specifics of safety and human interaction. Example tools include URScript for Universal Robots, TIA Portal for Siemens cobots, and AMR mobile platforms.

Tasks:
Creating cobot motion programs,
Defining safety zones and presence sensors,
Developing Intuitive Operator Interfaces,
Designing processes in which people and robots work together effectively.

Integration with PLC Controllers and Automation Systems

Ladder Logic (LD), Structured Text (ST), Instruction List (IL)

Role Description: Engineers capable of efficiently creating control logic in traditional PLC languages as well as configuring hardware, such as Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Omron, and Mitsubishi.

Tasks:
Developing control programs for production lines,
Optimization of communication between PLCs and robots, sensors, and vision systems,
Testing and Calibrating Process Parameters,
Detecting and removing faults during production downtime.

Modern Tools and Standards (IEC 61131-3, TIA Portal, TwinCAT)

Role Description: Programmers who, in addition to traditional environments, can work with more advanced systems, such as Beckhoff TwinCAT, B&R Automation Studio, or Codesys, and are familiar with international standards.

Tasks:
Integration of Different Controller Types in One Architecture,
Implementation of industrial protocols (Profinet, EtherNet/IP, EtherCAT, Modbus TCP),
Support in analyzing sensor signal performance and quality.

Vision-System Specialists

2D and 3D Image Processing

Role Description: Image processing engineers working with OpenCV, Halcon, Matrox, or vendor-specific libraries, who can create algorithms for object detection, quality inspection, dimension measurement, or navigation support for mobile robots.

Tasks:
Design and implementation of modules analyzing images from cameras,
Selection of hardware, including cameras, lighting and filters, and configuration of vision workstations,
Calibration of 2D/3D systems and testing under production conditions,
Integration with robots, for example sending coordinates to a manipulator, and with control systems.

AI-Supported Computer Vision

Role Description: Experts who combine classic image-processing algorithms with machine learning, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and YOLO, to create intelligent systems for product defect recognition, object classification, or control based on vision analysis.

Tasks:
Creating and training AI models for vision applications,
Performance optimization on edge devices, such as GPU cards, Jetson, and Movidius,
Data management and labeling to accurately recognize defects or patterns,
Designing prototypes and production line implementations using robots.

Data Analysts and AI Engineers

Machine Learning and Deep Neural Networks

Role Description: People designing and training AI models for vision tasks, adaptive control, or predictive maintenance. Tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn should be very familiar to you.

Tasks:
Analysis of data from sensors, cameras, and system logs;
Creating algorithms for classification, detection, or prediction of critical states,
Deploying models in industrial environments, including edge computing, cloud, and GPU/FPGA.

Big Data and stream processing

Role Description: Specialists in analyzing large volumes of data, such as robot logs, PLC records, and MES systems, capable of building pipelines for stream processing and visualization using Spark, Kafka, Elasticsearch, Grafana, and similar tools.

Tasks:
Creating an architecture for data acquisition, storage, and processing;
Integration of analytics with control systems, providing real-time information about anomalies and critical deviations,
Implementation of projects supporting Predictive Maintenance and intelligent robot control.

Assembly, commissioning, and service engineers and technicians

Production Line Installers

Role Description: Field work involving installation and configuration of robotic equipment, including manipulators, cobots, and vision systems, as well as PLC controllers, sensors, and communication modules.

Tasks:
Mechanical and electrical installation of robots and peripherals,
Performing motion tests, calibrating axes and sensors,
Cooperation with robot programmers and PLC engineers to achieve production readiness.

Service Technicians and Modernization Specialists

Role Description: Specialists ready to travel to the installation site, or work remotely where possible, diagnose faults, perform repairs, and update software.

Tasks:
Preventive inspections, replacement of worn parts, and minor repairs,
Optimization of movement parameters and production cycles,
Modernization of older installations, adding new equipment and reprogramming systems for new products or workflows.

Consultants for Advisory Services, ROI and Process Organization

Technology and Industry Advisors

Role Description: Experts who understand the specifics of individual industries, such as food, automotive, chemical, and electronics, and can propose optimal robot implementations and present an automation development path.

Tasks:
Developing concepts for production lines or individual robotic applications,
Selection of equipment and tools reflecting the actual conditions of a given facility,
Development of long-term expansion / modernization strategies.

Role Description: Financial and technical analysts who can calculate the profitability of robot implementations, helping customers make investment decisions.

Tasks:
Analysis of costs and potential savings, including cycle time, scrap reduction, and lower energy consumption,
Designing "what if..." simulations, for example assembly scenarios, internal logistics, or integration with vision systems,
Presenting conclusions in a way that is understandable to management, improving the decision-making process.

IoT Integrators and Cloud Data Platform Specialists

IoT (Internet of Things) in Industry

Role Description: Specialists capable of designing IoT architectures that connect robots, PLC controllers, sensors and edge-computing devices with the cloud. Knowledge of protocols such as MQTT and OPC UA and the ability to integrate with services such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud are important.

Tasks:
Implementation of communication modules for transmitting data from the factory to the cloud,
Security configuration, encryption and authorization,
Designing interfaces for remote real-time monitoring and management of production lines.

Cloud Data Platforms

Role Description: Engineers responsible for configuring, scaling and maintaining cloud systems used to analyze and store large volumes of industrial data.

Tasks:
Creating data pipelines and Data Lake services (S3, BigQuery, etc.),
Deployment automation (CI/CD), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes),
Integration of AI/ML modules with robots through cloud APIs or edge containers,
Ensuring high availability (HA) and system reliability.

Safety and Compliance Specialists

Machine and Robot Safety (Occupational Health and Safety, Industry Standards)

Role Description: People familiar with regulations and safety standards applicable to a given industry or region, such as ISO 10218-1/-2 for industrial robots and the EU Machinery Directive, who can advise on and implement appropriate protective measures.

Tasks:
Safety audit of robotic workstations, including zones, sensors and light barriers,
Risk assessment and documentation preparation, taking regional standards into account,
Support in designing cobot applications to minimize hazards.

IT and Data Compliance

Role Description: Specialists who understand cybersecurity standards for industrial systems, such as IEC 62443, and data protection regulations including GDPR, CCPA, and others.

Tasks:
Verification of communication security and data storage in automation environments,
Creating security policies that account for the specifics of Industry 4.0,
Consulting on compliance with government and industry requirements.

Project Managers and Implementation Team Leaders

Automation Project Management

Role Description: Project Managers with experience in the industrial sector who can plan implementation schedules, coordinate the work of specialists such as programmers, service technicians, and engineers, and build clear communication with customers.

Tasks:
Defining milestones, planning budgets and resources,
Monitoring progress and responding to risks and obstacles,
Providing a customer contact point and support in resolving issues between the team and the customer.

Coordination of International Teams

Role Description: Leaders of multicultural and multidisciplinary teams, for example programmers in one part of the world and installers in another. Understanding time-zone differences and working practices in different regions is essential.

Tasks:
Creating schedules adapted to customer time zones and deadlines,
Mediation in situations requiring rapid information flow,
Maintaining consistency in documentation and implementation standards so that every team member can seamlessly continue another person's work.
