- On the Cooperation page, you will find a form where you can briefly describe your previous projects and expectations regarding cooperation.
- If you prefer a traditional format, you can also send an email with your CV attached or a link to your portfolio, such as GitHub or LinkedIn. In the subject line, indicate which areas of work interest you most.
Initial Fit Assessment
- After receiving your application, the analysis takes place in two stages. First, we check whether your competencies match projects we are currently working on or planning;
- Next, we assess whether your preferred cooperation model (e.g. B2B, contract, occasional assignments) matches our needs. If we find a match, we will invite you to continue the discussion.
Discussion and Clarification of Cooperation Details
Meeting / Online Discussion
- If your application appears promising, we will invite you to an interview, usually by videoconference. We then discuss your experience, preferred scope of tasks, and availability.
- If you perform a highly technical role (e.g. KUKA KRL programmer or vision system integrator), we may ask you for sample code, a short test task or a description of a situation from previous implementations.
Financial Terms and Form of Cooperation
- At this stage, we present the compensation terms, whether an hourly rate, fixed project fee, profit share or another arrangement, and explain the settlement process. Our agreements most often take the form of B2B cooperation or long-term contracts.
- We want you to know from the outset how responsibilities are divided and what development opportunities the project offers, such as participation in training or the opportunity to move on to more advanced deployments.
Further verification
- If additional questions arise during the conversation, such as the need for safety certificates or knowledge of specific tools, we may ask you to provide additional information or arrange another meeting.
- If everything is clear and both parties want to cooperate, we proceed to agree on contract details and assign you to a specific project.

- After signing the agreement, you receive access to our internal platforms, including code repositories, task management systems, and training materials.
- We share project documentation, lists of standards, and occupational health and safety guidelines so that you have all information needed for effective work from the start.
Consultations with the project leader / coordinator
- We usually assign you a mentor or coordinator who introduces you to the specifics of the project, familiarizes you with the team and explains the customer's particular requirements.
- For international projects, we also discuss logistics details, such as whether travel to the installation site will be necessary, whether you work remotely, time zones, and related matters.
Implementation and development during the project
